The adults are back in the room, and boy does it feel good. House 314-117; Senate 66-33 - absolutely amazing bipartisan results.
Biden has surprised me honestly, his ability to get legislation passed is masterful. Compare that with Trump and Obama who basically just ruled by executive order. While Biden may be old, you can't argue with his accomplishments. He just gets it done, no bs. Should be a fairly easy for him to scoop up 2024.

I'm expecting a landslide Biden victory in 2024 tbh (already dropped $10k on a Biden victory a while back). Most people are pretty content and pleasantly surprised with how good Biden has been. Most of us were skeptical but just wanted Trump out. Now we got the best of both worlds.

Your boy Trump added $8T to the debt. That my friend is record spending. Unless you're such a stupid boomer that you think the dems controlling just the House for 2 of Trump's terrible years are to blame for all the spending bills the Senate passed over 4 years and that Trump signed.
Trump will go down as the landslide WOAT president.

This, and even if you ignore all of that, Biden is effortlessly navigating an extremely divided Congress and has managed to pass a significant amount of legislation in a short period of time. You can just tell when someone experienced is in office vs. a clown like Trump.

Republican's deal may have been better, but that's still not saying much.
Biden ignored the republicans for months though. That's hardly an effort. He knew if he waited until the last second to give the congress no time, he would rip a deal and then claim to be the savior. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

Always the deflection when you can't address yet another Biden-Pelosi failure.
Always the lie that Trump somehow unilaterally legislated, passed, and enacted all spending for four years. Always a free pass to Pelosi/Schumer, without whom your $8 Trillion would've been impossible. And now that McCarthy has ensured the Biden/Pelosi spending sprees won't continue... you still cry about Trump
Bold quote: Those were the two largest years of Federal spending by far. But ignore that all appropriations legislation started in Pelosi's House, somehow the Senate is to blame

Yep, it shows Biden is, as promised, a normal President.
He's a Washington bureaucrat. He can handle the executive branch and keep it running like a machine. He doesn't exactly make big changes, but he keeps things running and stable.
It's a great change of pace after the incompetent boob he had as a predecessor.Back off, Warchild.
Seriously.

Suspending the debt ceiling so the adults can run massive defecits and not actually take responsibility. How about stay on budget for once and not lie through your teeth to your constituents about being able to provide everything when you can't afford it? It was the only thing keeping them somewhat fiscally responsible. Now, when the next crisis happens they can just print to oblivion and not think of the consequences. They won't raise taxes but they'll surely erode your buying power through inflation in the years to come. Aside from defaulting which was never on the table, this outcome was terrible.
