Hi guys,
Should I continue cutting, do a recomp at maintenance calories or start bulking? I'm 42 male, 89kg, 180cm.
Also what is your estimate of my bf%?
Thanks π

In my honest opinion, I think you should start lean bulking for 6 months. Train as hard as you can and keep it clean dieting for better overall health and benefits. Your lifts will improve and so will your body. You look great bro! I think you are about 14-17% BF
I am here, I came back, I just want to get shredded to look good for my family. Amiright?

You look better in the pic, but again, this isn't a Tinder profile so you don't need to keep sending pics with flattering lighting or post-workout flex/pump until you get the lowest bf% answer possible.
Since you've been cutting, it's up to you if you're at a point where you want to stop. My answer is above.

I agree with ~18%
Personally, I'd keep cutting until I saw good, visible abs and delt/tri/bi separation...which will come at around 11%
