Goofy strength ratios
Hi guys, I can DB incline press 36kg(80lbs) for 7 reps but I tried flat BB bench for first time and got 8 reps on 60kg(135lbs) this seems weird any help?

How do you get the 135 pound dumb bells into position? For me it's sort of difficult to get 75 pounders into position, I can't imagine doing it with 135 pounders.Originally Posted by darkkittens

I can kick ass at sporting clays shooting with a shotgun. The best I did was #1 out of a field of about 50 shooters. #1 won me a gun.
Put me in a trapshooting competition and I won't even be in the top half.Current rankings:

I would try BB pressing a few more times before considering your results significant.

I am pretty good during doggy style.
But cowboy, with her on top, I cannot keep up with her.
This seems weird.

no, this isnt weird at all. you're using more of your lower chest with the flat bench as compared to an incline press. with incline, it's more of your upper chest and shouldersOriginally Posted by darkkittens
