    Should I keep cutting I am 31 years old 6'1" about 188lbs right now eating

    I think you could set yourself up for better success if you finish your cut down to somewhere between 180 lbs and 182 lbs.

    That would put you somewhere in the 11% to 12% body fat range.

    Then you could take your time going on a 6 month to 1+ year long lean bulk full of gains.

    For your diet there's no need for that much protein, it's overkill. You would be fine with anywhere between 151 g to 188 g, but if you enjoy your calories in extra protein, go for it.

    You're on the minimum side of fat at 60g a day, where you could easily push it up to 75g of fat. For me, if I go anywhere below 0.35 g per lb of body weight of fat my hormones start to freak out and I start to feel fried.
