started a new supplement routine and overlooked a few things when ordering...
I picked up the BB.com Sig ZMA, which gives me 30mg of zinc
As well as the EVL Testosterone support, which gives me another 30mg
Along with my multivitamin that gives me an extra 11mg of zinc, I'm just a tad concerned about the amount I'll be taking a day, total being a little over 70mg. Is ZMA even really necessary with the rest of the supplements I'm taking? Magnesium is the only real thing here that its providing that I'm not already getting elsewhere, and I feel like picking up 450mg of it would be do able with a different supplement.
