    debating if i should even try professional mode or is that just pure sadism? Even hardcore mode was insanely brutal

    If I've barely played one resident evil game, (first one on GameCube lol) will I be lost in the story, or would it still be enjoyable? The hype on this game is insane. I'm interested.
