European cars are the biggest scam ever, everything breaks all the time and is expensive to fix, absolutely pathetic,
People who drive a 2009 Lexus today in 2023 have never seen the check engine light, many people who own Toyotas from 1980s realize now in 2020s that they have never changed oil, they are surprised that they were supposed to change the oil, a family member years ago bought a used Lexus and bought warranty, another friend Lexus owner was laughing, saying that you were going to regret buying warranty on a used Lexus, because nothing will ever break, and it never did, meanwhile, the ****ing retard neighbor with a Maserati Goes to the shop every couple of days and eventually got rid of his homo Euro trash.
Sadly, American cars quality is just unacceptable,
the only drawback of Japanese cars really is the looks,

This.
and before anyone says: "just do the repairs yourself" There is a two fold problem.
1. Even if you "DIY" the repair yourself, buying the damn part itself is still expensive.
2. A quick repair on any other car is as complicated as neurosurgery on a European car...and its by design. They want their chit to be as convoluted and complex to work on because they WANT you to take the car into the stealership.

Yea euro trash cars are mostly for middle class mouth breathers larping as rich. You pay a premium price for an objectively inferior product. Also more expensive maintenance , gas, insurance, etc it really is comical what people will do for a nice little bmw or Mercedes logo
Also cars, even luxury ones, look dated fast. A 2022 Camry will look better and have superior features to a 2016 S class Mercedes
I get the luxury appeal of cars but frankly if you don’t buy it cash you can’t afford it. Don’t give me “muh interest rates”. Absolute cope

My BMW has 80k miles on it, I take care of it, get it serviced etc. Seems like every third time I turn it on something breaks and it’s always 1k or more, often a lot more.
Meanwhile I’m leasing a Hyundai Kona all electric for $350 after taxes and fees, charge for free ay work, and if anything breaks it’s all covered.
You better believe I think the BMW is kind of stupid.

German cars are more complex and there is a lot more that goes into them than say a Toyota Camry/Corolla therefor there is more maintenance and upkeep. When things go wrong (which they will) it's going to be more difficult to fix and more expensive. If you can appreciate these additional aspects it's one thing, but for most people they don't and they are trying to use them as commuter cars.

The services you gotten have been bad then. Theres 0 reason for your bimmer to break unless they messed up & problems accumulate. Left untreated & now chit is breaking all the time.
Yeah there might be some that come out the factory w mistakes. But thats very rare, its the first person to start repairing it who determines how problem free its gonna be for a strict consumer who aint gonna touch it himself.
Its good to have a buddy mechanic, who wont bullchit you. Dedfknsrs

I didn’t pay for a dime at the dealership, but they fixed 3 issues, you’re making the argument they started its issues. So that’s on BMW. Anyways, it’s pretty common knowledge BMWs are risky after about 100k. If you enjoy dumping money down the drain for a “luxury car” that’s fine - but I’ll never again.

Were im from we bought eu cars with +300,000km on them & drove 40 on top of it with very little problems.
I just cant process how you buy a brand new car and have to drop more than a couple k on it the first 100k. Your mechanics suck & the cars you guys got are voodoo, bad spirit cars im telling you. Nobody here has problems with new cars for a long ass time.
