Hi folks, hope all going well in the training world, just wondering would it make that much of a difference to go with for example hazlenut butter, Pecan butter, almond butter, over peanut butter ? I know that peanut butter has more protein, not really that much and all the other facts are pretty much the same as the other butters, is there a particular reason that bodybuilders choose peanut butter over any other ? thanks so much. cheers. Ed

Used to buy a lot of macadamia nut butter when I lived near a Sprouts, stuff is divine but not cheap; choose the butter you want to eat, the macros may vary slightly but not a whole lot.

Tahini has been a staple for me while I'm bulking. Generally too thin and watery to use as a spread but delicious when mixed in my morning oats or mixed in my shakes.
High in protein and healthy fats. 6000 calories and over 200 grams of protein in one small jar. My local supermarket sells it for $4.99 a jar when on sale.--------EctoCanuck ☻/︻╦╤─
