Why doesn't Nintendo release a decent console like PS5 or new x box ?

Simple. They don’t need to. Their customers aren’t complaining about graphics so there’s no real need for something with more horsepower.
While Sony and Microsoft are happy if they can break even on PS and XB console sales, Nintendo is probably making at LEAST $200 on a Switch. If it costs them a whole $100 to produce one I’d be amazed.

My romantic take: Nintendo are guided by sound philosophies and actually know what they’re doing, whereas Sony and MS are caught up in a dick measuring contest that has caused them to lose sight of almost everything that truly matters.

And the crazy thing is, it worked. Nintendo takes more risks than PS and MS, uses less powerful hardware, focuses a lot on couch play, it's console is really just a handheld that can hook up to your TV, uses gimmicky chit like motion controls, and their stuff is selling like hotcakes. Hats off to the company that saved gaming in the 80's.

Imagine saving video gaming and 40 years later still selling millions of video game copies about an Italian plumber who eats shrooms. Pure gigachad energy.
