It's all in how fast and how long you bulk. Bulking correctly can be very very difficult.
It starts with being lean in the first place. If you start bulking with too much fat aleady, you're doomed from the start.
Ideally you only want to be gaining about 1/2 lb per week. Any faster than that and most will be bodyfat.
Next, you need to be training hard so you are actually gaining muscle.
And last, you bulk until you don't like what you see in the mirror. Then you start a cut and hopefully, if you do that right, keep some muscle and lose some fat.2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
