In the last couple months I've decided that I wanted to lose more body fat, and get below 10%. I've increased my frequency to lifting everyday. Doing full body every day. The idea has been to reduce weight and adapt, while looking to increase weight every 8 to 12 weeks. So far the results have been very good. I am splitting my workouts over 2 days, A day and B day. Where A day is weight intensive, and B day is cardio intensive.

A-Day routine:

Warm up:

10 mins elliptical
10 mins 100lbs pack on stairs
1 - set curls with pack
1 - set squats 250lbs 25 reps
1 - set standing military press 75lbs dumbbells
1 - set incline press 100lbs dumbbells 20 reps
1 - set high incline press 100lbs dumbbells 14 reps
1 - set incline press 100lbs dumbbells 12 reps
1 - set squats 250lbs 15 reps
1 - set high incline press 75lbs dumbbells 15 reps
1 - set high incline press 75lbs dumbbells 15 reps
1 - set flat bench 75lbs dumbbells 15 reps
1 - set squats 75 lbs dumbbells on shoulders 15 reps
1 - set bent over rows 75lbs dumbbells
1 - set tricep pull 75lbs dumbbells
Several sets with 45lbs dumbbells for shoulders, curls, and lats
