Hi I've been bulking for a while now and am ready to cut. How much cardio should i do per week during a cutting diet?

I lost about 15 lbs from Jan to April only lifting and doing very moderate cardio. More specifically I walked. I have a FitBit and I aimed for at least 10,000 steps/day. I would caution you to be careful with your cardio. Doing intense cardio in a caloric deficit isn't fun and can lead to extreme overeating. However, If I am cutting and want to go for a moderately long mountain bike ride (10-15 miles). I will up my calories significantly for that day and a little bit the day after. Mountain biking (especially in mountain terrain where I live) can burn 400 or more calories per hour. If I am good with my numbers, I won't be starving and I will still be in a moderate deficit. I try not to do that that often though.

As much as you feel necessary. Cardio doesn't burn fat, but calories. If you're cutting with 1,700 and burn 300 from a cardio session you will be cutting with 1,400 calories which is low. You'll likely have poorer quality workouts in the gym, feel hungrier & more irritable.
I have cut to 10% body fat with no cardio whatsoever. It isn't necessary but it can be a useful tool to burn extra calories & has obvious health benefits.Currently cutting.
