Hypothetically, there are 2 options:
* Maintain high muscle mass, but fat doesn't matter as much (i.e. 185+ lbs, 17% bf)
* Maintain a low bodyfat percentage, but mass doesn't much (i.e. 160 lbs, 10% bf)
Which of these 2 tasks would you find more difficult to do?
