Jumping on the hood is so so dumb. You either have to kill them the second they begin to speed up or you get lucky and they stop the vehicle and let you get off. This guy hesitated and by the time he was probably ready to kill the guy they were going too fast and it would have potentially been suicide. Jackass cop srs.
