My routine is as follows

0.5mg of dutasteride per day (2 years)
5mg of oral minoxidl per day (2 years)
microneedling with a dr pen m8 at 1.5mm depth 1 x per week (7 months)

I noticed the majority of regrowth happened with microneedling and based on my experience was the single most effective thing to regrow my hair srs
