Lunch:
Apple cider vinegar capsule
5pm:
CLA
A-L-Carnitine
Rhodiola
Night
Fish oil
Probiotic
Still not sure how to combine those supplements/vitamins. Would appreciate honest feedback. Also will be taking a pre-workout as well in the morning before my workouts or after 5pm if i workout in the afternoon

You can’t “rate” a stack like that. You need to examine your reasons for taking each, look at your dosages of each (which can often be potentially beneficial or harmful depending on the amount), and look at both the calorie intake and nutritional content of your diet to determine if there really is any need to take them.
