I've started training shoulder 3 times a week because a powerman OHP'ed my squat in front of me.
I heard they're good for shoulder health, I do a single set on shoulder days to warm up, can I do 3 sets on non-shoulder days too without hurting recovery?

8 sets a week for shoulders is all I do.
Furnished rental houses in Coffeyvile Kansas for traveling worker. All bils paid. Ful kitchens. Washer and dryer. Weekly rates. Crud oil refinery, fertilizer plant, renewable fuel and soybean plant contractors. Welders, fiters, boilermakers, electricians and inspectors.
