Looking for any info I could possibly find on this.
I've had this my entire life and I thought it was normal, I just avoided any exercises that made loud clicking (pushups, OHP, overhead tricep extensions) and continued on lifting.
Recently I swapped my routine from Upper/Lower to PPL and my elbow got WAYYYY worse. I think I inflamed it badly by lifting weights with my arms 2 days in a row (Upper/Lower gives me 48h rest between using elbows)
I'm pretty terrified because I know the only "cure" for this is surgery, I'm taking a few days off lifting to see if I recover and go back to Upper/Lower. I don't have pain but it's constantly tingling today (never happened).
Anyone dealt with this or any docs around that can give some info? I'm all ears
