    Agreed to some extent OP

    Lotta people overdo bench pressing and not enough pulling or overhead pressing work

    That gives a bad look of mostly developed front delts/not much side/rear delt development which causes forward rounding shoulders and just an overall bad look

    Also with an unbalanced pressing to pulling ratio that's asking for an injury

    Back needs to be built first anyways if you want to press big weight
