Lotta people overdo bench pressing and not enough pulling or overhead pressing work
That gives a bad look of mostly developed front delts/not much side/rear delt development which causes forward rounding shoulders and just an overall bad look
Also with an unbalanced pressing to pulling ratio that's asking for an injury
