At my old company, the a sales guy got a formal compliant to corporate from a client. He had started to tell someone (with the last name Hernandez) how "illegals are ruining our country and our economy".

Dude got lectured for five minutes and that was it. Lol

When you think about it, half of sales is setting the hook on people who are gonna have buyers remorse later. Hard to argue they need to be liked as a job condition.
