Federal judges don't breach lawyer confidentiality using the crime-fraud provision without ample evidence of a crime being committed so getting a judge to break attorney client privilege is a very high hurdle. Justice Department prosecutors have obtained an audio recording of former President Donald Trump from after he left office in which he talks about holding onto a classified Pentagon document related to a potential attack on Iran, according to media reports.


CNN, which first reported on the tape, said Trump suggested on the recording that he wanted to share information from the document with others but that he knew there were limitations about his ability to declassify records after he left office.

Trump has most definitely talked back to the media.

The difference though is the majority of the media are nice to Brandon and he still is annoyed by them. With Trump, it was the media’s job for employment to chit on him.

As for this indictment, the other side would call this “threat to democracy” if it were one of them. Democracy is decomarcy regardless if the nominee is a real estate huckster or not.

I would say that seizure of land and forced migration is very much the exploitation of peoples. Certainly there's a difference between the Trail of Tears and the Anglo-Zulu War, but on the other hand, a considerable amount of death was dealt to the Native Americans, even after the devastation of disease.

And no America is not alone in this regard. Sweden colonized Lapland and Russia colonized Siberia in just the same way.

The silly idea about giving it back is nothing more than impotent virtue signaling because it is a piety whose consequences will never come to fruition. Those are always the best kind holier-than-thou positions to take...you sound righteous and selfless, without ever being forced to put your money where your mouth is. If you are serious, you could certainly leave the country and hand your property over to a Native American. Somehow I don't see that happening.
