    UKIFBB events.

This October the UKIFBB is holding an event in my home town so I'm planning on going as a spectator , I have never been to a bodybuilding event before, so was wondering if some members on here could give me a little insight into what to expect. Also do supplement vendors at UKIFBB events give away freebies like samples etc at their events ?, as I noticed one of the other organisations is promoting the fact that there vendors will be giving out plenty of freebies. Any info as to what to expect when I go will be most appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, generally there are freebies; Little sample sizes of protein powder, BCAAs, and other supplements.

You can look up vlogs on youtube of the events to get a feel for how the events go. Lots of people just documenting what the events are like.

The days can be long. Lots of rounds and different classes. As a spectator, you mostly just sit and watch. Can break any time to go get food or use the bathroom
