He pushed the myth that the 2020 election was stolen, claiming all sorts of fraud. Fox News settled a lawsuit for 700-800 million with Dominion. Rudy and Sidney Powell have their cases going. The stolen election claims naturally lead back to Jan 06th.
Now that he is likely to face Biden again. What is Trump supposed to say or do in regards to his false stolen-election claims?
1). If he continues to claim the election was stolen, he looks bad, as he's pushing a lie. The midterms also showed that voters don't want this narrative (see Kari Lake)
2). If he renounces his claim that the election was stolen and admits he lost, he looks bad. He would either have to admit that he lied or that he was stupid enough to get duped by Rudy and others into believing that the election was stolen

Imagine all the interviews and debates with 2024 nominee Blumpf. Imagine how easy it's going to be to goad that retard into ranting and raving about the stolen election in every single one. Imagine how badly he's going to be destroyed.

Easy solution/compromise - Trump should not admit he was wrong, but should shift any an all focus on 2020 to saying that the Democrats “cheated” by changing the rules (mail in ballots, drop boxes, early voting 6 weeks before Election Day, etc.) which is 100% factual, but really he should avoid the subject whenever possible. I know in the debates it will come up however.

"Hey guys, donate another $250 million to make sure there is no election fraud. This time I SWEAR I will spend the money on actually fighting election fraud. I am not corrupt at all. Also, as a bonus, I will pardon some of the 1-6 terrorists instead of corrupt Democrats and gangster rappers. Anyway, where's my golf club? Don't forget to donate!"

the lawsuit doesnt mean there was no fraud. it means the fraud did not happen the way they were accused of fraud. it could also mean that they settled because they dint want more dirty laundry coming out abut how news networks lie to viewers
you really think sleepy joe biden got more votes than obama? lmaoRoyals Crew

Bill Barr had the DOJ and FBI investigate all allegations of fraud right after the election. They found some instances of fraud took place (just as there is fraud in every election), but there was no evidence of mass fraud that would've changed the outcome.
Biden and Trump got more votes than Obama 2008 because Covid pumped up a record-turnout

This. The country was (is) extremely polarized and that combined with mail in ballots resulted in record turnout.
Brandon didn't matter in the slightest. The election was between people pumped up for Blumpf, and people who hated his guts. Turns out there's more people who hate him.*Sit there and don't know what to do when people sing happy birthday to me crew*

Record turnout was going to happen anyway. The 2018 midterms had literal Presidential year level turnout (Dems got 61 million votes - only 2 million less than Trump! In a midterm!). Anyone with half a brain knew the Democrat nominee was going to get 80 million+ votes. In 2019 on this site I said that.
People really overrate the effect mail in ballots had on the election. The 2020 election played out exactly like the 2016 election except this time Trump didn't have Gary Johnson (and Jill Stein) to save him.
Winning states with 47% of the vote is OK in a year of heavy third party voting (2016), but not in a normal election year. Trump has a hard ceiling of 47-48% and that's not enough to win without high third party voting.Republicans are weak men who pretend to be strong

Trump won 18 of 19 bellwether counties that were perfect predictors of the outcome since 1980, yet still lost because Biden spurred a generational political realignment.
This is what you have to believe to believe that Biden won without fraud, i.e. you must be retarded.
Also don't forget that the vote counting was paused in the middle of the night in crucial democratic controlled inner cities.Palestine supporters are the assorted scum of the earth

Trump was an idiot for going so hard on the election fraud. There was never any upside to it.
1. Fraud was real and he was outsmarted by Joe Biden...this makes him look like a loser.
2. Fraud was not real and he lost to Joe Biden...also makes him look like a loser.
But he dug himself so deep in the hole he has to own it some how. I say he goes on TV admitting there was no election fraud and he's very sorry about the misunderstanding. Do it in the most sarcastic voice possible and then he do an exaggerated wink toward the camera, making his statement completely ambiguous. When pressed about it, he can just do it again until people get bored with it. Like on WWE when Shinsuke Nakamura apologized about hitting AJ Styles in the nuts.^^^()()GERMANIC CREW()()^^^

I think this will be the 2016 equivalent of him "never denouncing white supremacy" even after he says it's time to move on and the election wasn't stolen, if he even does.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
