I don't care for the character because it has nothing to do with the Batman character.
The deal with The Penguin is that his nickname is an insult.
He's supposed to be a short, fat, inferior, and nasty guy who dresses up in fine suits, like a Tuxedo. Also, he has a cynical and nasty little laugh where he sounds like a duck quacking.
Hawah, wah, wah, waaah!
He wishes he was a sophisticated gentleman but he's really a petty criminal. So, he gets the nickname "Peguine" because he dresses like one and quacks instead of laughs.
The people who make these movies act as if they have no clue about the characters and stories.If you want to ask me a question:

Intredasting.
Still impressed by Farrell as the Penguin. When I walked out of the theater after seeing The Batman, my friend said, "man, Colin Farrell was great," and I thought he was fuking with me because I genuinely had no idea that it was Colin Farrell.neglect lifting acquire tendons
