She isn't getting much attention. Some polls say 53% of people have never heard of her (https://poll.qu.edu/images/polling/u...ter_ufuy73.pdf )
But I believe that, of all the 2024 candidates (i.e. Trump, DeSantis, Pence, Scott, and her), Haley is the only one who would wreck Biden. The others would lose to Dementia Boy, even with his low approvals, because:
1). Scott and Pence suffer from being too-Christian / Jesus-y, which narrows their ability to tap into a widening secular and non-Christian voting bloc
2). Scott, Pence, and DeSantis all suffer from hard-line social conservatism on issues like abortion and LGBT rights, which will motivative turnout in college towns and woke neighborhoods
3). Trump has too much baggage: Jan 06, indictments, impeachments, election fraud myths etc. People are also tired of him after 8 years
Haley is clearly conservative, but she doesn't stress social issues to the extent that DeSantis, Scott, and Pence do. She is a fresh face. She is a woman with an ethnic background (Pajeeta). She has no legal baggage or scandals in her past. Picture her, fresh and pretty, on a debate stage against Biden, who looks like he is halfway in the grave
The only criticism is that she might be labeled a Mitt Romney, Karl Rove, Dubya-Bush RINO. But still - I think she has the credentials to maintain Trump's margins with rurals while also getting back the suburbs. That means she can hold the Sunbelt states, like AZ, FL, and GA; and she can challenge those stubbornly-Dem Rust belt states like WI and PA.

LMAO. Nikki Haley is an establishment RINO to the core. She’s like the Hillary Clinton of the right. Not only would she lose the general, she’s get rekt.
Also, go listen to her speeches sometime. She’s cringeworthy as fuk. “When we kick back it hurts more when you’re wearing heels!”
She’s fkin annoying.

Haley hits the sweet spot
Never-Trumpers would consider her because she was just the UN Ambassador, involved in reporting on international affairs. She wasn't involved in his domestic policy, which is where the Trump backlash is centered. She is also considered a throwback to the pre-Trump moderate GOP -- a Karl-Rove candidate more in the vein of Romney and Dubya
Trumpers would consider her because she is on good terms with Trump. When Trump heard of her candidacy, he said a lot of nice things, like "I'm glad she's running" (https://www.foxnews.com/politics/tru...e-more-merrier). He is likely to pick her as his VP if he gets the nomination infact
Reasons voters might consider Haley over Trump:
1). Haley's freshness and youth. She is running on a "New Generation" slogan, arguing that D.C. isn't reserved for 80-year-old geezers
2). Trump's legal baggage and scandals might begin to wear out his base
3). Many Trumpers might acknowledge that their guy can't beat Biden
4). Trump has gotten a little stale after 8 years

Not a lot but I'll try:
a) knowing little about her, I'll just assume she is less caustic than Trump (because, who isn't?)
b) younger
c) woman, and on this one conservatives prove time and time again how dumb they are, thinking a diversity candidate on the right will mean anything. Like "Ooooh!! Now we got 'em!!"... Meanwhile, the liberals and MSM go after black or female conservatives with the ire only a slavemaster hunting one that's jumped the fence can muster. They absolutely *hate* gay, black or female conservatives. All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Sounds like you would just vote for DeSantis in that case. Even though Trump/DeSantis had a political relationship, they are pretty much completely at odds nowadays with each other publicly. DeSantis is also a bit younger than Haley and is an active governor, as opposed to someone who left office over 6 years ago.
I already have Haley designated as someone who could possibly win 1-2 states before dropping out and having some clout to make a meaningful endorsement."Too stupid to even figure out the subtitles of trolling." - Vickissick07

Trumplings are woman hating racist miscers. So you have 2 huge marks that will never work. 1. She has a vagina and these people clearly would prefer a certain nice clean orange toadstool in their orifices. 2. She is brown which means “dEY tOoK mUh jOBs!” Plus the whole white people displacement, ethno state situation deplorables that make up a Bigly part of trumps base also wouldn’t accept.
The GOP is now the preferred market for someone like Mike Pillow Fluffer Lindell. White, rich, crazy , conman. Now if he can just be a little racist you have the GOP perfect candidate.Don't push me 'cause I'm close to the edge

Nice try Nikki Haley staffer.....she is Establishment to the core. At the UN she pushed the neocon foreign policy hard as fuk. She bowed out and kept her head down while the deepstate went after Trump. I will give her credit for political slickness because she was able to ride some of the MAGA populism without letting it tarnish her

It is awful she has been a candidate for a few months but I still don't know much about her. With that said, from the little I know of Haley she seems like an impressive individual. I'm a DeSantis fan, having lived here for Florida for awhile and seen how he handles and solves problems. Imagine Haley did well for the people of SC while she was governor of that state.
Did see haley is doing well here of late in her home state of South Carolina ~

Just for reference:
Trump's plan on entitlements, like Medicare and Social Security, is "I wont' touch those programs." Yet thosse programs are heading for insolvency. Social Security will be bankrupt within 10-12 years, and Medicare in about 5 years. Plus, these programs are responsible for the massive budget deficit
Haley is one of the rare candidates to admit that we have to change the entitlements. She proposes:
1). Keep the programs for old people, but let young people know that these programs, as they exist now, won't be there when they retire
2). Raise the retirement age to match longer lifespans
3). Limit the amount of entitlements accessible to rich people
How can you argue that Haley doesn't have a better position on this issue?

I agree in principle, but if you run on this position you are going to lose oldcels and get absolutely rekt. Doesn't matter if you're right or not.
I personally agree with fiscal conservatism, but it's just not going to play in 2023 America.
IMO for the GOP to survive, they should consider running on raising taxes on the extremely wealthy in hopes of further funding those programs. They can also point out to their base that the extremely wealthy actively support and fund the left, so fuk 'em. I personally would like it if I could opt out of Social Security, but it would be political suicide to actually go ahead and suggest that. This, along with entertaining some kind of child care relief are two things that the GOP needs to embrace, I think. Fiscally moderate, socially conservative is what the party needs to be.*Sit there and don't know what to do when people sing happy birthday to me crew*

LMAO when i saw the likes of Pence, Haley, Scott announcing.. i was like why even bother??
These guys have zero chance
Its either De Santis or Trump
And its fast turning into just Trump
Also GOP should be pushing for actual conservatives.. not deep state puppets.. but people who push back against the lefts degeneracy.. Haley would be bending over from min 1
