Losing belly fat requires a combination of exercise and a healthy diet. While marijuana use can affect exercise and appetite, it's important to use it responsibly and in moderation.
Here are some tips for losing belly fat:
Incorporate aerobic exercise: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise per week, such as brisk walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming. This can help burn calories and reduce overall body fat.
Include strength training: Incorporate strength training exercises like weightlifting, push-ups, or squats to build muscle and boost metabolism.
Eat a balanced diet: Consume a diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Avoid processed and high-fat foods.
Avoid excessive alcohol and marijuana use: Excessive use of alcohol and marijuana can increase calorie intake and reduce motivation to exercise.

It's important to adopt a comprehensive approach that includes both exercise and a healthy diet plan. Regular aerobic exercise, such as running, cycling, or swimming, can help burn calories and promote fat loss throughout the body, including the belly area. Strength training exercises, such as weight lifting, can also be effective for building muscle mass and boosting metabolism, which can aid in fat loss. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is another effective form of exercise that involves alternating short bursts of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest or low-intensity exercise.

yeah, i dont think spot reduction is possible. to be fair, i havent paid attention to the latest research, so perhaps something has came out in the last 4 years that is contrary to what i've learned before, but spot reduction isnt on observed thing.
think about it too: have you ever seen someone with ripped arms, but a big stomach? or vice arms: ripped abs, but fatty arms? it's not a thing. to lose fat on your stomach, you need to lose fat everywhere. diet change is the best way to do that
