    Post Full day of eating on a low-carb high-protein diet (cutting)

    Used to following the keto diet but found it too restricting.

    What I eat in a day...

    Breakfast: 450 calories
    2 scoops of Dymatize Powder ISO 100
    Banana
    Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt

    Brunch: 782 calories
    4 Eggs with chedder cheese, 3 turkey sausage links, and 2 strips of turkey bacon
    1 Scoop of Isopure zero carb with 2 Tbsp of Oat Powder

    Lunch: 959 calories
    Turkey burger with a slice of cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, 2 tomato slices, pickles, sugar free ketchup, and mustard
    Gluten-free French fries
    Lemonade made from freshly squeezed lemons and a Tbsp of Splenda

    Dinner: 1,384 calories
    7 oz of Ribeye steak
    Broccoli normandy
    Mac & Cheese
    Avocado #4046

    Snack
    Tea
    Mixed nuts
    Almond Butter

    Total Calories: 3,782 Carbs: 257g Fat: 190g Protein: 267g
