Testing

I'm currently on a medication that I found out is banned in competitions. Last year I was so overweight I was considered "pre diabetic" does anyone know of a competition that won't test for this or that might allow time for me to get it out of my system? I'm not trying to cheat but it was prescribed and I'm still working hard on my own.
