As it turns out, criminals disproportionately hurt African American communities, so when you remove the policies that target the criminals in those African American communities, the innocent people are left to fend for themselves.

In any case, using the "African American community" as the excuse crutch to have such benighted policies is in and of itself racist - you cannot pin all of San Francisco being a complete and literal definition of a shiit hole on any race, ma'am - and so too is electing someone without any form of racial or gender blinders on.
