Quays/Knockarounds polarized for days that can get dirty, lost or broken etc

Never been a glasses/shades person. If I wear them its only for fishing to reduce the glare off the water.

One company makes every pair of sunglasses. They're a total scam.

Luxottica does not make all sunglasses, but they make a lot, particularly by licensing virtually all designer names. There are really good independent manufacturers out there.

By way of example, Randolph Engineering makes all of their sunglasses themselves in Massachusetts and supplies the Dept. of Defense.

I wear sunglasses outside all year long. I have been doing this since my early 30's. I have green eyes and the sun hurts my eyes if I go without.

Huge if true. My vision is bad but pretty sure my nearsightedness wasn’t caused by the sun. Maybe artificial light from screens. Sun exposure makes my eyes feel pretty great srs.

Same with skin, which is another thing people say you’re supposed to avoid exposing to sunlight.

This is my perspective too. Why tf would God put us on a planet where we’re exposed to UV rays if our eyes couldn’t handle it? Early humans lived nearer to the equator and obviously didn’t have sunglasses.

Damn glad to come across this info. Never wore them because scenery looks better without em imo...only wear them for aesthetics if I'm headed to the beach. Even them I'm always taking them off if I wanna see something better.

Now that I think about it I never really wore shades. I did go through a phase though in college when even though I wasn't in a frat I was fratting hard with my friends that were in one when I'd visit them at their SEC schools.
