Sadly, the kid will probably have a heart attack before he turns 30, unless he turns his diet around.

Yeah, every couple of years these monster kids get featured on the news but you never really hear much from them after the fact. I had my first and only growth spurt at about 14 as well. I was 6'1 (and still am to this day) but I was also pushing 330 lbs at the time. With the help of this site ironically, I lost 100lbs in about a year without loose skin. Kids have lightning fast metabolisms, I know I did. He didn't get that way being active he got that way sitting around glued to some electronic device for hours a day. He's gonna lose weight even if he keeps with his current diet.Originally Posted by guest89
