He looks and talks like a retard.
I saw him in the Marvel show Loki where he's supposed to be the next big villain Kang.
Kang is a mysterious madman time traveler in the comics who wears full armor. This black guy looks like he's high on weed when playing this Hitler type character and with his face painted blue he looks hideous.
It's like when Jammie Fox played Electro and they painted his face blue. It brings out the super thick features of a black person in an ugly way.
Overall, his acting in Marvel was just horrible and dumb.

I saw him in some Amazon Tom Clancy movie and he played a good action hero. He's animated, shows emotional reactions, and looks like he has thoughts in his brain.
