Since everything boils down to money, and many corporate entities usually follow this trend, how much money will Florida miss out on?

I remember reading that the NAACP was against Charter Schools also. Thought this was disappointing considering charter schools have tended to do a better job at teacher inner city black children compared to teacher union run schools.
