    Need help with female beginner workout routine

    Hello,

    I am 5'2' and 121lbs. I am a beginner and trying to loose weight and also get some body toning. I will be training with my boyfriend who is doing the Fierce 5 program.
    Is there a workout routine that you can recommend? I am mostly hoping to loose abs and legs fat but there are so many options I don't know which one to choose.
