So I am 27, about 5'11/6ft and 125 lbs. Eat like 1500-2000 kcal a day. Really tall and thin. I don't seem to have any motivation to keep working out and the rewards don't seem enough in my opinion. Do I have some sort of health issue, Low T, or am I just old now? Like a middle aged man.
I don't think I should have to do the work to get the reward. But is my T level ****ed or is it just a symptom of some other health issue? Got my T Levels checked at the Dr and he said I was "on the upper range of normal" but today's "normal" probably isn't very healthy at all.
Any help?

You have an underweight BMI. Did your doctor do other bloodwork to look for abnormalities, or just check your testosterone? Assuming you have no physical/mental health problems you may just need to force yourself to eat more and gain some weight and this may help you feel better. Do you have any mental concerns regarding food (ie, eating disorders or anything else)?

No smoking, very little drinking. No drugs.
I masturbated a LOT from about 15-25 so I guess it's possible I fried my dopamine receptors. I can see a picture of a smoking hot women but feel very little "down there". I think it's because I'm 26-29 now and I'm a middle aged man. Maybe my body is just old.
Not sure what the issue is but I don't feel "excited" at the thought of chasing tail or working out to improve myself.
Got blood work done. No abnormalities.
