I have been working out for about 9 months now and although I am kinda big, I am not aesthetic at all. I am 5,9, 175lbs (79kg), and 15% body fat (according to a scan I did-probably not accurate). How can I look more aesthetic?

Looks like you're on a good path about putting size on. You may be gaining a bit too much fat so you might want to clean your diet up a bit or start tracking a bit more or replace carb/fat calories with protein calories (bro science-ish) if you are overly concerned.
As a relatively short guy like myself and a bit boxey, you should try focusing on adding some width movements with a bit more frequency that target the lateral delts, serratus, and lats. Guys like us tend to become little brickhouses if we neglect the minor movements (from an aesthetics point of view). Hitting some high rep cable laterals or banded laterals multiple times per week seems to help a lot.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=180003183&p=1635918623#post1635918623

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
