Yes, there is a way to work around this. Here are some tips that can help you lose weight without feeling too hungry all the time:
1. Eat small, frequent meals throughout the day to maintain your energy levels. Try having a healthy snack before or after meals to curb hunger.
2. Choose nutrient-dense, lower calorie foods to fill up on instead of higher calorie snacks.
3. Drink plenty of water throughout the day which can fill you up and help you avoid snacking.
4. Eat slower and savor each bite to help you feel fuller faster.
5. Exercise regularly to help your body burn more calories.

Currently experiencing smth similar. here are some tips I've found:
Eat fiber dense foods, as well as lots of salads (lettuce, for example. Add some balsamic vinegar/a touch of olive oil for taste). Spare every calorie by avoiding sodas (but if you must, take zero sugar ones, like coke diet).
Eat fish/lean cuts so that you can eat a bit more compared to eating fatty cuts.
Try to eat while watching something, as 1. it does increase the time you eat your food, which 2. allows you to trick your brain into thinking you've finished eating. I've found this to be a life saver
But do watch that your metabolism doesn't go to hell when aggressively cutting your calories. What I've heard some guys do is a refeed day, where you basically eat like 3k-4k calories to revamp your slowed metabolism
