Front Delt light pain
I was doing barbel curls and felt slight pain on my right delt
that continues after 2weeks
Has anyone successfully recovered from it
My head spins to see YouTube videos where everyone says that their technique works
But none of them seems to be working
I actually increased pain following them
Please advise

Which curling variations have you tried. Like, are you doing barbell curls or dumbbell... hammer, concentration, preacher, spider?
