Hey what’s up guys I’m Keno. I’m about 5-6 months into working out and have been making really fast progress going from 120-130 lbs to somewhere in what I estimate to be the 155-160 lb range.(my scale broke) My goal is to have a physique like current day Jon Skywalker or Zyzz in about a years time so any advise would be appreciated especially for traps and and because I’ve noticed those developing a lot slower than the rest of my muscles.
