Never seen any that were accurate enough to be worth it, my Apple Watch says I spent 22 hours standing yesterday, I definitely did not. The workout tracker on it is also trash, going up and down stairs is cardio, weightlifting doesn't even seem to register.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

It is quite useful for me. I am using BP Doctor. I like its distance, calories, step tracking and body data such as blood pressure, blood oxygen, sleep, heart rate, etc.

Exercise trackers can be worth considering, but like most things, it depends what you're trying to accomplish. If your goals are overall activity and/or calorie burn, a good fitness tracker can be a useful tool. The heart rate monitor alone is very useful to this end. For those that dispute their accuracy, I won't argue that the activity can be off, but some data is better than no data, in my opinion, and if you find you can't manage to the exact calorie burned, you can at least spot trends.

For instance, I have a scale that indicates hydration, body fat percentage, bone mass, etc., and it is wildly off. HOWEVER, even though the body fat reading is far from the actual number, I can definitely spot monthly trends in my progress when I view the chart of daily readings. So, such a device may not be for everyone, but for me it is better than nothing.

I like to just train with my Apple Watch, it's not so useful as everyone says, but it's just a good way to track the kcal burned.
