Hello there, since i started working out in 2021 at the age of 13 i knew i had to put up my weight from the time around 63kg /?lbs. And so i did, today i weighted 78kg at 15 and for the last 3-4 months i move under 77-80kg. However i feel disgusted in food like eggs but i can understand that because i ate 4-7 eggs a day for 6 months because i had no other idea of gaining weight. Im pretty satisfied with my physique as the time passes but the disgust in food is ****ty asf. It also appears to be in food i liked like chicken i cook at home. Any tips to solve this? It is not that big of a problem because of Rich Piana's Eat big to get big but i would just like to know if this will ever come back to normal or if this will just stay the same. Thanks
What I usually do is add different flavorings to the food. For example I ate a crap ton of rice and eggs when I was bulking and developed a disgust toward them. What I did to counteract that was to basically add like soy sauce, chilli, spices (cumin is a good one, especially for eggs) so that they tasted a bit different lol
