Was at an event yesterday where they had a whiskey/gun raffle.

For $100 you put your name on a ping pong ball and it went in a tumbler. There were 30 ping pong balls sold. A random ball was selected one at a time and that person could choose whatever bottle they wanted. Average cost per bottle was about $35. When everyone's name was called, all the ping pong balls went back in the tumbler. One was picked. They got a $500 shotgun.

You can do something similar with different liquor, bundles of food (steaks), tools, etc. The grand prize can be anything too.
