I got this idea when I was away for 14 days and couldn't lift in the gym and wanted to try something different. and it turned to be more effective than the normal bodyweight method.

Promoting maximum muscle contraction by doing controlled and slow reps by not breaking the main rule
How to do this?
Find 2 glasses
Fill them with water
Do your lifts without breaking the rule
Starting and progressing
Start with small and half-full cups, add more water and/or use larger glasses as you master the method
