    Right left imbalance

I made a mistake before > I overworked the left chest because my left chest and right chest were not equal and this time I had an imbalance in my shoulder. My muscles are unstable. Should I work bilaterally or unilaterally under these circumstances? Thanks.

Under these circumstances, I would recommend working both bilaterally and unilaterally. Working bilaterally will help you strengthen both sides of the chest and shoulders, while unilateral exercises will help you target the weaker side and improve your muscle imbalances. You should also focus on proper form and technique to ensure you are working the muscles correctly and safely. Additionally, you may benefit from stretching and foam rolling to help improve mobility and decrease tightness in the chest and shoulders.
