competing in natural bodybuilding after prohormones/SARM

I'm new to this Forum and forums in general, my apologies in advance for breaking posting rules. I couldn't find the specifics on this topic and rules from the Natty BB associations: WNBF/INBF/ANBF... I've taken Ostarine and MK-677 4 years ago. Can I now compete legally in natural bodybuilding and take polygraph knowing that I followed all guidelines for minimum time after consuming a banned substance? I'm confused on the semantics of pharmaceutical vs over the counter hormones and prohormones. Thanks in advance.

Typically not allowed here but
A. Not much moderating going on these days
B. This isn't really discussing the usage of these types of supps

That said, you probably cannot. I compete with OCB, and if you read their drug policy, it says none of these in the past 7 years. And the banned substance list is basically the WADA list. Not sure about those other orgs but I would guess its the same. Id look into it more on their individual pages.
