Literally woke up starving and ate about 1000 calories with a sandwich, fruit and almonds. Now I only have 1400 calories left for the rest of the day. If I didn't just eat, I'd be up all night and be groggy as fukk all day. Now I can at least fall asleep for a few more hours and be rested for the day. I also had a large dinner at around 7pm. That's a good point, OP. My approach during cutting is to still abide by my preferred IF lifestyle where I eat all my calories within a window. That window nowadays is approximately 11am-6pm. I tend to eat a fast breaking meal around 11am but concentrate a lot of my calories to end of my day. I'll have a large meal and then a 'dessert' that's made up of oats, greek yogurt, whey protein, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate. I call it protein pudding. After this, I'll have a large mug of tea in the evening and go to sleep by 10pm. I'm never hungry when I go to bed and don't wake up hungry. When you first start cutting, your system isn't used to it so it'll take a big of time to acclimate.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

I'm often up by 3:00 and hungry when i'm fasting. I don't like it, but it is what it is.
Saw the state of the union speech is tonight. Wasn't planning on watching, but if I have a tough time going to bed imagine tonights boring show will be good for a snooze.

whey protien shake or greek yogurt with blueberries before bed.
if I wake chug water then piss like a race horse first thing in the morninig.
If i sleep chitty a few nights in a row which can happen when limiting cals and carbs i will start taking melatonin.
but only if i go to bed around 9:30.
i close my eyes then don't wake until the alarm goes off.
If I go to bed too late and take it i'm groggy AF next morning.
