While people are waking up, and struggling to make their coffee, you're out there grinding at the gym, working on your figures, or even working on yourself. You have 24 hours a day to improve yourself and you need to realise how valuable those 24 hours are. An hour lost is an hours worth of progress you'll never get back

actually no.
it's not WHEN you get up, it's how you make use of your time.
assuming you aren't relying on regular 9-5 business hours for your productivity, it doesn't matter if you get up at 4am or 12pm as long as you make use of your time.
waking up at 4am and going to bed at 8pm is no different than waking up at 12pm and going to bed at 2am.2022 Option Trading Realized Gains: $125,348 USD

I'm not denying focus. However, if you wake up at 4am, and you give the same attention to yourself that you would if you woke up at 8am, you'll still have 4 hours of extra progress. How you use your time is important, and someone who (theoretically) wakes up at 4pm and goes to sleep at 7pm could still accomplish more than someone who has been on the computer all day. But if you want to lift your standards, you not only have to use your time wisely, but you also have to wake up as early as possible, so you can give yourself a greater chance of achieving your accomplishments.

I will politely state you are being illogical.
If you are productive for 16 hours in a given waking cycle (or how many hours you want) it doesn't matter if you wake up at 4am or 10am or 4pm.
Waking up at 4am doesn't 'give' you 4 more hours than waking up at 8am, unless you are staying awake 4 hours longer. Apply some logic here dude.2022 Option Trading Realized Gains: $125,348 USD
