Hello,
I've been trying to get back to my healthy diet. However it includes slow carbs (quinoa, whole grain pasta, brown rice), protein ( fish, meat, tofu) and veggies. After lunch I get so sleepy that I can't work. I've been thinking of cutting off the carbs, but I researched that there is no point. What is recommended is eating smaller portions of food. Can you give me an advice on that?
