I just can’t get past the mechanical animals. The world and areas are really well done and it just really cheapens it imo. Just not my vibe I guess. Yeah the performance mode is amazing now. And imo, just got my oled in and can't wait to do a full run in 40 fps balanced mode. It looks noticeably crisper than performance (still not as sharp as fidelity) but genuinely smooth enough to be playable.

I'm not blind but you're clearly mentally damaged. I said my balancing is neutral, aka the default setting the TV comes in. Slightly warm is fine but warm 50 is definitely off, that was my argument.

Jelly you got to experience it for the first time in that mode. My 2 playthroughs were on a poverty TV, first @30fps and then NG+ @60fps.

I remember saying I wish I had a PS5 pro so i had enough power to combine the crispness of fidelity mode with the smoothness of performance. This balanced mode on my TV did it, it's so good. Tried it for 5 mins and I'm like aw chit time for a new replay soon.

Truth is not many (if any) AAA games are ever made exclusively for PC anymore. Most games are made for consoles AND pc and that holds them back graphically.

Pretty much any PC game blows any ps5/sx game away with mods. I can play a modded 10 year old game that will chit all over horizon. Its just economics.

It's been a year and a half for me. The Artful Escape was incredible.

Though I've been a sucker for the oil painting vibes lately... Disco Elysium's city and those French horns were incredible.
Or the wonder of seeing one of ya mates jamming on another planet in isolation in Outer Wilds.
Metro Exodus just decides it's gonna run at 60FPS with ray tracing on Xbox. The lighting in that game is insane.

We've been very lucky over the last 5 years.

Those mirror-puddles were in Forza 6/7 and got panned for being unrealistic. Real puddles don't reflect anywhere near that much, GT7 nails realistic wet road look, that GTA vid is just strange look.
Skip to 10:02 and look at the trees in the background as he drives past street lights, creates this super weird lighting effect. All you've shown is some obscure mod made by what appears to be 1 person and is heavily edited for a youtube video. What you're seeing isnt raw footage. May as well show a PS5 game trailer and say look at these graphics, it's in game raw footage.
Will happily eat crow if you download the mod and can share raw gameplay recording at 30fps or higher.

Lmfao. I didn't even watch more than 30 seconds of the vid I posted, I grabbed one of the first ones that popped up after searching modded gta. Again I don't care. I dont need to prove anything to the two residential horizon butt boys.
