    Is this a good workout routine?

    Hello all I found this routine from Will Tennyson on YouTube. Is it well put together or go for something like Fierce 5 which I’ve read about? Thanks

    DAY 1:
    A) Pause Bench Press
    W1: 3×8
    W2: 4x6
    W3: 5×5
    B) DB Chest-Sup Row, 4×10-12
    C) Machine Chest Press, 3×10-12
    D) Mach Lat Pulldown, 3×10-12
    E) Strict Curl, 3x12-15
    F) Single Arm Cable Curl, 2x12-15

    DAY 2:
    A) Overhead Press
    W1: top set 5, 3×10
    W2: top set 3, 3×8
    W3: top set 1, 3x6
    B) Hack Squat, 6×10-12
    C) Machine Lateral, 4xAMRAP
    D1) Leg Extension, 3×12-15
    D2) DB Skull Crusher, 3×12-15
    E) Seated Hamstring Curl, 3x10-12

    DAY 3:
    A) Incline Smith, 4×10-12
    B) Neutral Pulldown, 4×10-12
    C) Chest Fly, 3×12-15
    D) TBar Row, 3x10-12
    E) Incline Curl, 3×10-12
    F) Bicep (of Choice)

    DAY 4:
    A) Leg Press, 6×10-12
    B) Seated DB Press, 4×10-12
    C) Romanian Deadlift, 3×8-10
    D) Lateral Raise, 4xAMRAP
    E1) Tricep Pushdown, 3×12-15
    E2) Rear Delt Cable Fly, 3x12-15

    Whatever you're more likely to stick with, do that.

    Having said that, your list of exercises doesn't include progression or deload protocols or even rest days, so it's not likely to be better than an actual beginner program that will quickly (within months) take you to big numbers on all of your major compounds.

    Thank you for the response, I just checked the Fierce 5 program on here and beginner is full body routine but also has the Upper/Lower which is more of what I was aiming for...I'm 35 now and just coming back to the gym after 2 years and shoulder surgery but never followed a structured program.

    You've got 19 lifts for upper and 5 lifts for lower. It doesn't take a mathematician to see the imbalance.

    Yeah, nothing for calves either so I was going to add lifts to the Lower days...do any of you guys recommend the Fierce 5 or any other good programs on here?
